BJP MLA in Maharashtra Nitish Rane has said that he will ensure that vote jihad does not happen in the assembly elections. Regarding the cases registered against him in hate speech cases, Nitish Rane said that he has no fear of it. In an interview, the BJP MLA said that he has not done anything wrong and has only favored his religion and community. It is noteworthy that in the past, police have registered cases against Nitish Rane for giving hate speeches.
What did Nitesh Rane say when a case was registered for hate speeches?
Nitish Rane said that 'I will be written as Hindu on my birth certificate and after my death, on my death certificate. If I am being accused of a hate crime for defending my religion and community, I don't think there is anything wrong in it. I have not done anything wrong. BJP MLA and party candidate from Kankavli seat of Sindhudurg district Nitish Rane said that vote jihad took place in the Lok Sabha elections. He said that we will ensure that this does not happen in the assembly elections.
'Working as per Sharia law'
Rane said that 'on one hand, people with jihadi mentality, Rohingya and Bangladeshi claim to follow the Constitution, but on the other hand they do all the work according to Sharia law. If you want to promote peace between Hindu-Muslim. If you think that laws should be equal for Hindus and Muslims then why are you doing Love Jihad, Vote Jihad and Land Jihad? Why can't you fight or vote like an Indian? Why do you need to tell your community to vote against the Modi government? The term vote jihad is being used by BJP leaders, claiming that people of the Muslim community had voted against the BJP in large numbers during the Lok Sabha elections.
Raising the question, Nitish Rane said that on one hand you vote against the government, but on the other hand you also take advantage of all the central schemes. Six FIRs have been registered against Nitish Rane in the case of hate speech.
