Jammu Kashmir News: On the issue of five nominated MLAs in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, BJP claims that these nominated MLAs can take oath along with the elected MLAs. The decision of nomination of five MLAs in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly has been put on hold for the time being. The matter of nomination of these five MLAs in Jammu and Kashmir had become heated when BJP had started its process before the elections of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly. Among these five nominated members, there is a provision to nominate two members of the displaced Kashmiri Pandit community, one refugee from Pakistan, one woman and one other member. According to former Jammu and Kashmir BJP MLA and spokesperson Girdhari Lal Raina, these five nominated members can take oath along with other MLAs.
BJP made claim on Omar Abdullah's statement
Omar Abdullah had said that if all these nominated members come from BJP then they will sit in the opposition and their voice will not be raised properly, on this Girdhari Lal Raina claims that all the nominated members will also have conscience and that Whether in power or in opposition, he will be able to raise the voice of his community or people.
Changes possible on some names
Sources have told ABP News that the circumstances of the names which BJP was nominating earlier were different and in those circumstances BJP felt that it was capable of forming the government. But after the election results, that situation has changed and now that BJP is not forming the government, some changes in these names are possible.
