Pinaka Missile System: India is continuously developing and testing new military weapons to increase its military capability. India successfully tested its Advanced Guided Weapon Systemak Pinaka on Thursday (14 November). Pinaka missile system has the capability to destroy the enemy in a moment by firing 12 rockets in 44 minutes.
What did the Defense Ministry say on this,
The Defense Ministry issued a statement saying, “Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has successfully completed the flight trials of the Guided Pinaka Weapon System. This test was part of the validation trials of Provision Staff Qualitative Requirements (PSQR).” Giving information, the Ministry said that DRDO has completed this test in three phases in different field firing ranges.
He further said in his statement, “12 missiles from each production agency were tested using two in-service Pinaka launchers, which were upgraded by the launcher production agencies.”
