51 officers of 2012 batch will be given selection grade. Selection grade is given to those who have served continuously for 13 years. But while giving selection grade to the officers, the government will also give them grade pay of 8700. Also, 38 officers of 2016 batch will be given junior administrative pay scale. It is given to officers who have served continuously for nine years. To whom the government will also give a grade pay of Rs 7600. Officers who have served for four years will be given a grade pay of Rs 6600.
Eight officers will become principal secretaries.

However, officers with 25 years of continuous service are made principal secretaries from secretaries.
