While talking to journalists, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha claimed victory in the assembly elections being held in two states including the by-elections being held on four seats in Bihar. The Deputy CM also fiercely targeted the opposition parties. He said, “Although these people talk about saving the Constitution, they themselves keep the public interests at stake and tear the Constitution to pieces. There is no uniformity in the words and actions of these people. These are people doing politics of dynasty and familyism, which cannot be accepted at any cost.”
He further said, “These people are raising questions on the working style of the Bharatiya Janata Party, but I want to make one thing clear that BJP respects constitutional institutions. The people of the country know very well that till date we have not made any attack on the identity of the constitutional institutions. Congress people have indulged in unnecessary politics. I want to reiterate one thing that our party is dedicated to the Constitution and in its organization also gives opportunities to every worker to move forward in his political career through democratic means.
Vijay Sinha targets opposition parties
He said that till date we have not in any way harmed the interests of any worker. We have always given enough time to every worker of our party to move ahead in life. Taking aim at the opposition parties, he said that in other parties one person remains the president and after that another member of his family has to become the president. In this way, these people give less importance to the interests of the public and more importance to the politics of family politics, which the people of the country cannot accept at any cost.
