If Iran’s missiles don’t hit, why did your censorship make the BBC angry?

to report Tasnim News Agencywar commentary group Tasnim News Agency (Eighth day – Report No. 48): Regarding the developments of the past 24 hours in the field of missile operations, contrary to the claims made by the other side and some media, it seems that the volume of missile operations of the Islamic Republic has not only not decreased, but is still continuing with strength. In recent days, it has been emphasized many times that due to the operational pressures of the enemy, Iran’s missile power has decreased; But field evidence shows that such a claim does not correspond to reality.

In fact, in addition to continuing operations, newer and more accurate missiles have also entered the field. Even some Israeli analysts have pointed out on social networks that 13 rocket operations against Israeli targets have been carried out in just one day. However, in the official media and in the positions of the Israeli army headquarters, it is claimed that the volume of Iran’s missile operations has decreased; An issue that shows a serious contradiction between the official narrative and field reports.

.

On the other hand, an issue that has even raised the voice of some foreign journalists based in Israel – including BBC reporters – is the high level of media censorship regarding the publication of pictures of Iranian missile strikes. Naturally, if there were no effective hits or if the volume of operations were really reduced, there would be no need for such a level of censorship. Therefore, this widespread censorship can be a sign of the effectiveness of the operations.

Another thing that was noticeable in the review of the published images of the twenty-third wave of the operation is the number of shots that were officially displayed. As you know, the armed forces do not publish all the images related to the firing of missiles, and for security and protection reasons, usually only a part of the operations is allowed to be filmed by the media. Other firings may also be videotaped, but these images remain with the armed forces for operational use only and are not released.

In the same 22nd wave, 11 rocket shots were displayed in a video. But it is not clear what the actual number of shots was; Because some of them are not filmed for media release at all. However, comparing this process with the previous waves – such as the ninth and tenth waves – shows that the pattern of operations is not significantly different from the past and it cannot be said that there has been a decrease in the volume of attacks.
