Titus Gas Company has raided many areas including Kamrangirchar to clear illegal gas lines. In the operation, 18 bar burners, 4 pipe burners, 6 star burners and 8 thousand 200 CFT were seized in Jaulahati area of ​​Kamrangirchar.
On Monday (December 30), under the leadership of Executive Magistrate Fazle Waheed, attached to the Energy and Mineral Resources Department, officials of Titus Gas along with DGM, Medhabib-5, Titus Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC were present during the operation in the area under MEHABB-5, Dhanmondi.
Meanwhile, 210 feet of GI pipe, 40 feet of MS pipe, 12 compressors/boosters, 330 kg of burner materials and iron tools, 10 pipe burners were seized.
In the operation, illegal lines of 4 unnamed Khanaduli factories including SM Steel, New Sardar Enterprises, Khan Enterprises in Jhaulahati area of ​​Kamrangirchar were isolated.
According to Titus, during the operation of the mobile court, none of the owners could be found, so no penalty could be imposed immediately. In such cases, the concerned manager has been instructed to file a case.
