Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) is going to announce the increase in the price of gas used in fertilizer factories on Sunday of next week i.e. November 23. In a public hearing on October 6, Petrobangla and gas distribution companies proposed to BERC to increase the gas price from Tk 16 to Tk 40 per unit.
