Bikash has launched the service of sending money to Trust Bank Plc. As a result, Trust Bank customers can now 'Add Money' to Bikash using the 'Trust-Money' app and send money instantly to their own or other's accounts from the Bikash app as well. By launching this two-way service, the customers of both organizations gained more freedom and ability to manage their money.
This service was jointly inaugurated by the managing director of the bank, Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury and the chief executive officer of Bikash, Kamal Qadir, in a ceremony at the head office of Trust Bank Plc today on Wednesday. Various directors of the bank, branch managers and senior officials of both institutions were present on the occasion.
To avail this two-way transaction service, the customer first needs to go to the 'Bank Account' option by tapping on the 'Add Money' or 'Bikash to Bank' icon from the home screen of the Bikash app. After that select 'Trust Bank Plc' and link with Bikash account with necessary bank account details. In case of setting up a link to 'Add Money' or 'Bikash to Bank' in your own account, the mobile number registered with the bank and the Bikash number must be the same. However, to 'Develop to Bank' in 'Other Account', you can directly type the Trust Bank account number.
Once the link is established, a customer can transfer money from the trust bank account to the Bkash account as needed through the Bkash app's 'Add Money'. Again, without going to the bank, sending money to any account of Trust Bank, including loan installments, etc., can be taken at home through 'Bikash to Bank'. After the transaction is completed, the customer will receive a notification via SMS.
Ad Money or Bikash to Bank, in both cases Bangladesh Bank fixed limit will be applicable. Charges will be applicable for Bikash to Bank transactions.
