National Board of Revenue NBR paid tribute to martyrs of July uprising. 826 Martyr families are not required to give 'PSR (Income Tax Return Receipt)' for purchasing 'Sanchaya Patra' with government assistance money.
NBR has issued a notification in this regard on Sunday (January 5).
It states that the National Board of Revenue, by virtue of sub-section (4) of Section 264 of the Income Tax Act, 2023, hereby exempts 826 members of the families of the martyrs of the July Uprising from furnishing proof of filing of income tax returns in respect of the purchase of savings bonds with government assistance. done
