IFIC, one of the country's banks with more than 1,400 branches, has organized 'IFIC Largest Banking Network Business Conference' with employees of all branches and sub-branches of Rajshahi and Rangpur region. Employees of 22 branches and 166 sub-branches of the bank in Rajshahi and Rangpur region participated in the event organized in an auditorium of Bogra Sadar last Friday.
Syed Mansoor Mostafa, managing director of the bank, in his welcome speech at the day-long business conference, emphasized on strong deposit growth and human resource management. The chairman of the bank was present as the chief guest. Mehmud Hossain. He discussed in detail about the bank's future work plan and various developmental activities. Besides, he emphasized on various activities undertaken by the bank to ensure good governance and professionalism of the employees in the banking sector. Later, he participated in the discussion and question and answer session with the workers present. Deputy Managing Director and Chief of Branch Business of the bank were also present at this time. Rafiqul Islam, Chief Financial Officer Dilip Kumar Mandal and senior officials.
In recognition of significant achievements in deposit collection, loan disbursement and recovery, employees of the respective branches were honored.
