Some parts of the country will be without gas for the next 24 hours from 6pm on Thursday (December 5) due to emergency work on gas pipelines.
Titus Gas Authority informed this information in a press release on Wednesday (December 4).
According to the notification, for emergency tie-in work at Manohardi offtransmission point of Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL) from 6 pm on Thursday to 6 pm on Friday (December 6), a total of 24 hours is available in Manohardi Upazila Sadar and Gotashia area and Kishoreganj District Sadar area. Gas supply to all categories of customers will be stopped. The agency also said that low pressure of gas may prevail in the surrounding area at that time.
Titas Gas Authority sincerely apologized for the temporary inconvenience to the customers.
