The new headquarters aims to provide advanced banking services that meet the needs of individuals and companies, through phone and Internet banking applications that provide ease and flexibility in conducting transactions around the clock.
The bank also seeks to expand the scope of its services to include small and medium enterprises, in addition to providing a distinguished experience for elite customers.
Suez Canal Bank is keen to use artificial intelligence techniques to analyze data and design personalized banking experiences for each customer, which enhances the level of satisfaction and keeps pace with global trends.
