Arab Finance: MasterCard and Amazon announced a new cooperation aimed at providing the advantages of the “Amazon Prime” subscription to millions of MasterCard cards in Egypt. All MasterCard customers of credit or direct deduction card holders will receive a free subscription in “Amazon Prime” for a period ranging from three to six months, allowing them to benefit from all the program's advantages, such as rapid and free delivery on qualified products, “Prime Video” broadcast service, “Prime Games” service, and exclusive offers for Prime subscribers.
This initiative reflects the commitment of MasterCard and Amazon to provide high -value services and distinctive quality for their customers, by combining technological experience for both companies to enhance comfort and provide a safe and distinctive shopping experience for millions of customers.
“Consumers are constantly seeking to obtain unique and specially designed options that meet their comfortable lifestyle. We are happy to cooperate with Amazon, as we support consumer options at a time when they seek to enhance their digital experiences and make conscious decisions towards a shift to a less dependent society,” said Adam Jones, the regional head of the West Arab region of MasterCard.
MasterCard clients can subscribe to Amazon Prime through the MasterCard Mazarard portal by entering the details of their qualified cards. After verification, they will be directed to Amazon for registration. MasterCard Standard and Gold card holders get three free months from Amazon Prime, while World, World Elite, Titanium, and Platinum card are six months. This offer is exclusively available to new customers in Amazon Prime.
