The first closure of the fund was successfully completed after the approval of the Financial Supervisory Authority (FRA) on the date of March 02, 2025, where the volume of obligations reached about 1.8 billion Egyptian pounds from a group of prominent investors in Egypt and the region, including leading banks and financial institutions, as well as individuals with financial solvency and family offices, with a final closure of 3 billion Egyptian pounds.

CI Capital promoted and covered subscriptions in securities (CIIB) as a consultant to the deal, while Zaki Hashem's office and his partners took the role of the legal advisor to “CRI”, the Dhulfar Bureau and its partners, the role of the legal advisor to the invested institutions.
