Sheikh Hasina: Arrest warrant issued against Sheikh Hasina – arrest warrant issued against former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina

An arrest warrant has been issued against Bangladesh's former prime minister and Awami League president Sheikh Hasina. The arrest warrant was issued by the International Criminal Tribunal on Thursday. Along with this, he has been ordered to be arrested and produced before the tribunal by November 18. On the same day, he resigned from the post of Prime Minister and came to India. On the other hand, after Hasina left the country, one case after another was filed against her. A case of genocide and murder was filed against him at the International Criminal Tribunal. Cases were also filed against various ministers, parliamentarians and Awami League leaders of Hasina's tenure. Several people have already been arrested.

Earlier, the chief adviser of the interim government of Bangladesh, Muhammad Yunus, said that they want to bring Hasina back to the country and face trial. Yunus also said that efforts will be made to bring Hasina back to Bangladesh from India once the trial begins. On the other hand, Hasina's son Sajib Wazed Joy said that the Awami League president is ready to face trial there.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, the International Criminal Tribunal began the trial of the genocide during the anti-discrimination student protests in July and August. The chief prosecutor of the tribunal, lawyer Mohammad Tajul Islam, said that the killings were carried out across the country. If the accused are not arrested, the investigation cannot be done properly. For this reason, this arrest warrant is requested for the sake of fair investigation.

It should be noted that in July, Bangladesh was in turmoil due to the movement that started demanding quota reform. Many claim that around 1500 people lost their lives in this movement. Because of this movement, Sheikh Hasina was forced to leave the country by resigning from the post of Prime Minister on August 5. Amidst the war with Russia, why is Zelensky conducting raids in bars, weddings and hotels in Ukraine? kidnap youth

Amid increasing attacks on Ukrainian cities by Russian troops, raids are being conducted in bars, nightclubs, wedding ceremonies and hotel-restaurants at the behest of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Ukrainian army and police teams are abducting youth in raids in all the cities of Ukraine. Video footage of these incidents has also surfaced. The youth can be seen pleading before the army. People between the age group of 25 to 60 years are being forcibly grabbed and dragged. The main reason behind this is that Ukraine is facing a huge shortage of soldiers due to the war with Russia for the last two and a half years and now it has started forced recruitment.

A few months ago, the Ukrainian government also changed the age for youth to join the army. Now youth between the age of 25 to 60 years are eligible to join the army. Along with this, youth above 18 years of age and below 60 years of age are not allowed to leave the country. Recently emerged footage purportedly shows Ukrainian military recruitment officers raiding restaurants, bars and a wedding ceremony in several cities, including Kiev. They are looking for those youth who have not yet registered to join the army.

Officers were seen stationed outside the gates checking people leaving after a concert by Ukrainian rock band Okean Elzy on Friday night, according to local media and witnesses. Some Ukrainians were seen pleading as they grappled with army officers. At the same time, the army officers were dragging him along with them. Raids were also conducted on restaurants, shops and bars, including the shopping center Goodwine and the popular Kiev restaurant Avalon. According to reports, military officials are pursuing those whose military registration documents were not correct or who did not want to join the army.

Ukraine has no soldiers left to fight the war

There has been a war between Russia and Ukraine for more than two and a half years. In this great war, lakhs of soldiers from both sides have died and property and arms and ammunition worth billions have been destroyed. Along with Russia, Ukraine is also facing severe shortage of soldiers. Ukraine has a greater shortage of soldiers due to its smaller population compared to Russia. Due to shortage of soldiers, in April this year Ukraine reduced the age limit for joining the army from 27 years to 25 years. The newly passed law also states that those eligible for military service will have to enter their information into the online system, otherwise they will face penalties.

Ukrainians living in hiding from their own government

The situation in Ukraine has worsened so much that people have to live hiding from their own government. A 27-year-old Ukrainian said he had never seen officers in Kiev so aggressive and violent, their eyes searching for men. “The situation of always being in danger is back for us,” she told the AP. She described the fear of conscription for men. She said young people are afraid of being killed in the war.

Rohit Sharma Frustrated As India Star Makes Big Blunder After 46 All Out. Watch

India captain Rohit Sharma was frustrated man as New Zealand outplayed them on all fronts on the opening day of the 1st Test in Bengaluru. After opting to bat, India collapsed to a record low total of 46 at home as Matt Henry and William O’Rourke took five and four wickets respectively. To make things worse, India were a bit sloppy on the field as the New Zealand batters scored quick runs in response. India’s new ball bowlers failed to create much, but when the chance did arrive, the fielders failed to capitalise.

In the 13th over, New Zealand captain Tom Latham got an inside edge after Mohammed Siraj got one to bounce away from him.

The ball hit the outside edge and flew between first and second slip. Virat Kohli was standing at first slip while Rahul was at the second.

Unfortunately, neither Kohli nor Rahul made the attempt to grab the ball. However, the replays showed that it was Rahul’s catch.

Rahul was caught in two minds as the ball flew past him and hit the boundary rope. This left Rohit a big agitated.

To express his disappointment, Rohit flung his arms in disbelief while Siraj, the bowler, also seemed frustrated.

Fast bowlers Matt Henry and William O’Rourke combined to dismiss India in 31.2 overs in the second session after the hosts elected to bat in overcast conditions. The opening day of the Test was washed out.

It was India’s third-lowest Test score ever. Their previous lowest at home was 75 against the West Indies in New Delhi in 1987.

Their lowest overall is 36 against Australia in a pink-ball Adelaide Test in 2020. They fell for 42 against England at Lord’s in 1974.

Henry wrapped up the innings with a five-wicket haul and his last strike of Kuldeep was his 100th Test wicket.
