Real estate company Godrej Properties Limited has acquired 48 acres of land in Bengaluru. Godrej Properties reported to the stock market on Friday that it has acquired 48 acres of land in Doddballapur, North Bengaluru.
The company did not give any information about the land cost and revenue capacity of this new project. The Godrej Properties announced the acquisition of 50 acres of land in Raipur on 16 July for the development of residential plots.
The estimated selling area of this land will be around 9.5 lakh square feet. Earlier on June 30, the company said that it acquired 43 acres of land in Panipat, Haryana and is expected to earn more than Rs 1,250 crore from the sale of residential plots. Godrej Properties is one of the country's leading real estate developers.
