BNP will hold a seminar focusing on the 31 points made with the aim of reforming the state. This event is being held in a hotel in the capital on November 23. BNP Acting Chairman Tarek Rahman, Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and members of the Standing Committee will participate in this.
When asked about this, Shayrul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP's media cell, said on Friday (November 8) night, 'I have heard about the seminar.'
As part of the political commitment of the simultaneous movement, on July 13 last year, the BNP announced '31 points for state repair' with the aim of 'democratic reform of the constitution and state system' and economic liberation.
These 31 points were the BNP's commitment to the forces agitating against the Awami League simultaneously with other parties including the Democracy Manch.
Earlier, on December 19, 2022, BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman announced the party's 'State Structure Repair Outline'.

In the conference held at Engineers Institution, Khaleda Zia said that her party will make the National Parliament bicameral if it comes to power. An upper house will be established in Parliament to eliminate the centralized power of the state. He said, 'BNP will take necessary steps to make the National Parliament bicameral.'
The 31 points of BNP have mentioned these reforms as significant.
