The goal of this party, who led the twenty-four mass uprising, is a new political settlement, which is not possible without widespread public involvement. For this reason, the party has focused on the formation of a committee in the grassroots after the center.
NCP leaders have said that in the month of Ramadan, the National Citizens Committee and anti-student movement committees will be formed from the committees of the party, the district, upazila and grassroots level committees. In the meantime a 20 -member convening committee has been approved. In this committee, those who are responsible will play a key role in organizing the party in different districts. This month, the activities of the party will be confined to 'Iftar' and Independence Day program. However, in April, they are preparing for the highway movement through the departmental rally.
NCP convenor Nahid Islam told today's newspaper, 'The party had to be formed a little hurry. A lot is still left. This month we will work for organizations across the country. '
It is learned that in the current Ramadan, political parties, civil society, family members of the mass uprising and families of the victims, will be centrally organized by diplomats in the current Ramadan. Iftar will also be organized locally at the district, upazila level. In addition, the party will observe the Independence Day program. Leaders of the party said that the new committee of the NCP will pay homage to the National Memorial during Ramadan. The meeting of the party's executive committee will then be held. The NCP has started setting up the organization by targeting the Election Commission's registration. Leaders said the new political party wants to meet the terms of the Election Commission's political party registration rules for registration by March. For this purpose, work has already begun to form a district and upazila committees. The team of the southern and northern region has been holding regular meetings since Saturday. The committee has been instructed to be careful not to come controversial.
According to the Political Party Registration Rules, 20, the Election Commission may call on the petition at any time for the registration of political parties wishing to participate in the elections. However, in the past, the EC called for the registration of the new party soon after the elections began. The parties should have a central office, including the Central Committee for registration, at least one-third of the administrative district office, at least 5 upazila offices and at least 20 voters as a member. In addition, the party's constitution, logo and flag picture, the source of the party's fund, bank accounts have to be submitted.
Former Additional Secretary of the Election Commission, Jasmine Tully, told today's newspaper that in the case of the new party, the Election Commission has to be registered if the party wants to participate in the elections. Then they will apply or the Election Commission may seek the application for the new party registration. Their constitution is very important in the application. They have to have many things in their constitution. For example, there is no constitutionalist, there should be 5 percent of women at each level of the party, the committee should be formed through elections.

Several leaders of the NCP convening committee said that the party is in full swing with the constitution slogans, logos, electoral symbols and programs before the party debut. Initially, there are discussions on pens, books, tigers and hilsa as a symbol of the team. They said the party would like to apply for registration by forming district, upazila committee and establishment of office.
