BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia's return home is also in the ongoing discussions of politics. Khaleda Zia, who is going to the UK for treatment, is also waiting for party leaders. However, no one can say anything specific about returning to his country. Khaleda Zia's return to the country depends on the decision of the doctors, said her personal physician and BNP standing committee member A ZM Zahid Hossain.
The BNP chairperson went to the UK for advanced treatment on January 5 in a special air ambulance sent by Emir of Qatar. He was admitted to the London Clinic, a renowned hospital. On January 25, Khaleda Zia went to the residence of the elder son and BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman.

Regarding the current physical condition of Khaleda Zia, the doctor said that Khaleda Zia is better than ever. Inside the house, he is walking himself. You are also eating food in your own hands.
Zahid Hossain said Khaleda Zia was spending the day with family members.
Party sources say Khaleda Zia has expressed her desire to return home. However, the matter depends on his doctors. In this situation, he is unlikely to return home before the upcoming Eid al -Fitr. The doctor will decide when he will be able to return after the Eid. On the basis of the decision of the doctors, when Khaleda Zia is returning home, it will settle.
3 -year -old Khaleda Zia is suffering from multiple health problems including liver cirrhosis, kidney, heart, diabetes, arthritis complications. Despite the long efforts from the party, he could not be sent abroad during the Awami League government. Khaleda Zia was released after the fall of the Hasina government on August 5 in the student coup. Then he went to the UK for treatment.
Earlier, Khaleda Zia went to London on July 7 for treatment. The following year, he had to go to jail after being sentenced in corruption case. When the Covid epidemic appeared, the Awami League government released him by the executive order and gave him the opportunity to stay home. However, nothing was allowed to go abroad for treatment. The BNP then alleged that the government had kept Khaleda Zia house arrest.
