Chairman of Jatiya Party GM Quader said that neo-fascism is back in the country. Farce is going on in the name of murder trial. He said this at a short discussion meeting organized in front of the party's central office on the occasion of Jatiya Party's founding anniversary on Wednesday (January 1).

GM Quader said that against the fascism we fought, we are seeing fascism again, and it seems that a liberation war is becoming inevitable. The right to assembly is our democratic right, we will carry out the anniversary program non-violently, it is our right. We are a registered political party, the right to peaceful protest is our legal right. If someone is threatening, it is the responsibility of the state to ensure security, the state is not fulfilling it.
He said, we are Dr. as the main advisor. Accepted by supporting Yunus. We all supported him but he did not accept us. Divided, one side of fascist power, another anti-discrimination. They assumed that those who had not been persecuted for the past 16 years were friends of the fascist forces. Thus he placed one part on another part. Among the 48 parties registered in the name of Jatiya Oikya, 18 parties were called to the meeting, 30 parties were excluded. There is no unity by leaving out about 50 percent of the population. One of our presidium members has been detained for 3 months with a false murder case against another leader. Our leaders and activists are being tortured. We see it as fascism. Neo-fascism has reared its head. I think another field of agitation is being prepared, he commented.
Jatiya Party chairman said, it is being said that we will try the murder first and then the election. Farce is being made in the name of murder trial in the country. False cases are being filed in the name of whom they consider friends. In the case of trial, it is said that even if the guilty person is acquitted of 10 counts, the innocent person should not be punished for 1 count. We see the opposite. The fire of vengeance is being spread, the adversary is being framed. It is feared that the solution is to eliminate the opponents, then will 50% of the people be wiped out, they will be hanged. Pakistan wanted, they could not, political opponents were being taken to the level of personal enmity. These trials may take 5 to 10 years, there is no chance of delay as a murder trial.
