Farewell to fascist politics. Fascist political power is no more. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Assistant Secretary General and Central Executive Council member Muazyam Hossain Helal commented that everyone should play a role in the field for such political-ideological change so that the oppressors cannot come again.
He said these things at a rally organized by Muladi Upazila Forum Dhaka at the National Press Club auditorium on Friday (November 22).
Muazyam Hossain Helal said in the rally, we can talk today after the fascist power is gone. If there is no favorable politics then no work can be done. Only fascism has worked. But if there is a democratic favorable politics then there is an opportunity to work.
He said, if there is no power based on justice, justice is never effective. Our students have challenged the power of the oppressors of Bangladesh. They conquered fear. Of course, the power of faith was created in them at that time. Our students had no strength to challenge them when they stood with their chests up. Our government is now in power with the support of students. This government has brought them (Awami League) to justice with power. We will demand that they be given a proper trial to set a precedent all over the world. The people of Bangladesh can prove that fascists can never go without trial.
He also said that the state and the government have already taken steps. 30 lakhs for the martyrs and medical arrangements for the injured. We think that 30 lakh rupees is not worth a life. Still, it certainly has an importance. The revolution that took place in August of '24, the heroes of that revolution; Those who gave their lives so that Allah may honor them in this world.
