Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal's full committee of Dhaka University (DU) branch has been announced. Chhatra Dal Central Committee announced the new committee of DU. 242 people have been accommodated in it.
This full committee was approved by a circular signed by Chhatra Dal Central Committee Office Secretary Mohammad Jahangir Alam (joint general secretary rank) on Thursday afternoon.
BNP High Command announced a partial committee of 7 members of DU Chhatra Dal on March 1 this year. At that time, Ganesh Chandra Roy became the president, and Nahiduzzaman Shipan became the general secretary. In the full committee announced after 8 and a half months, 14 people have been placed as vice-presidents, 43 people as joint general secretaries and joint general secretaries and 39 people as co-organizers.
DU Chhatra Dal general secretary Nahiduzzaman Shipon said about the full committee, 'I will try to bring out positive aspects through this committee by establishing democratic and student demand based politics as opposed to Chhatra League's occupation politics.'
