Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, 'The education system of Bangladesh was destroyed during the previous government. Occupying institutions such as char occupations turn campuses into arsenals to maintain extortion, extortion and hegemony. The July coup laid the grave of that system. There will be no place for extortionists, hegemony and usurpers in Bangladesh.'
He said, 'Awami misrule declared war against the people of Bangladesh in the past 15 and a half years. But the people of Bangladesh, especially the students and the youth, do not accept any misrule. That was proved in the 24 coup.'
'One political party hijacked the success of independence and established one-party rule in the country. But after 15 years, the student community defeated their misrule and started a new Bangladesh. People will not accept any more hegemony and misrule in Bangladesh'- he added.
In the closing speech of the conference, Central President Manjurul Islam said, 'Bangladesh Islamic Chhatrashibir has become a symbol of the hopes and aspirations of the people of the country. For the aspirations of the people of Bangladesh, the student camp should ignore all fears and play its role.'
The opening of the conference was announced by the father of Ali Raihan, the organizing secretary of Rajshahi Mahanagar Chhatra Shibir, who died of bullet injuries on August 8 (5th). Musleh Uddin.
