Acting chairman of the party, Tarek Rahman, commented that the one-eleven conspiracy against the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has resumed. He said the team was being put in the media trial through propaganda.
Tarek Rahman complained virtually at an iftar ceremony from London on Monday. The Iftar was organized for online activists on the tenth anniversary of the Zia Cyber Force at the Lakeshore Hotel in Gulshan, the capital.
Tareq Rahman said a palace against BNP and Bangladeshi nationalism was conspiring. Like the one-eleven, the BNP is being charged with various fabrications.
In addition to praising the role of online activists in the past movement, Tarek called for a new conspiracy to come forward to forget their disagreements. He said a accountable government should be established for the people through this.
Tareq Rahman said there will be disagreements, but we have to move forward with arguments.
On the occasion, the keynote speaker BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said the conspiracy continued even though fascism escaped. So everyone has to be careful.
BNP standing committee member Salahuddin Ahmed, joint secretary general Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie and other leaders were present on the occasion.
