The Chief Adviser said these things in the concluding speech of the dialogue organized with the leaders of the main political parties of the country at the Foreign Service Academy in Dhaka on Wednesday (December 4).
Professor Yunus said, 'We are the nation that dismissed the dictatorial government on August 5. That nation is still alert, the unity is strong and I want to highlight this strong unity in front of the world.
He told the conspirators that no one should think that we have gone cold. We are not cold. We are on the same path as before. The strong unity through which we liberated the nation from tyranny, that unity still remains with us.
The chief adviser said about the purpose of sitting together in dialogue with the political parties, by sitting together we are informing the whole world that our unity is strong. This nation is not dead, not weakened. have strength
Pointing out that no one can take away the freedom that Bangladesh has regained through the popular uprising, Professor Yunus said, “No one has the power to take away this freedom from us.” No matter how many conspiracies, no matter how much propaganda, no matter what they do, they cannot take it away from us. Because our blood is not dry yet. Read the writings on our walls. They haven't been deleted yet. is ticking It is also bothering us. So we are the strong nation who will fight.
Addressing the political leaders, the chief adviser said that in any country there are different opinions and different ways. But there is no difference between us in the interest of the country. That unity, that strong unity that has been coming together since August 5, still remains and will remain.
