The government has transferred two sub-registrars of upazila and posted one in Sirajganj. The notification of this transfer has been issued by the Law and Judiciary Department of the Ministry of Law.
This information was informed in a notification signed by Murad Jahan Chowdhury, senior assistant secretary of the ministry on Sunday (December 1) afternoon.
Transferred Raiganj Upazila Sub Registrar Sagar Das has been transferred to Sunamganj Dakshin Sunamganj and Kazipur Upazila Sub Registrar Asif Newaz has been transferred to Natore Singra. At the same time, Ishrat Jahan, sub-registrar of Pabna's Bhera upazila, was posted to Sirajganj headquarters.
District Registrar Mohammad Jahangir Alam confirmed this to Jago News. He said that the transferred officers have been asked to join the transferred workplace as per the rules by assigning the responsibilities of their current posts by December 5.
