The Anti -Corruption Commission (ACC) has summoned former Joint Secretary (Administration) Bikash Kumar Saha and personal documents of the judge on charges of acquiring illegal wealth through corruption. The information was revealed in the letter sent by the inquiry team to the secretary of the ministry from the headquarters of the company.
As part of this search program, the letter requested the ACC to submit a copy of the personal files, dataatheats and the latest resources submitted by April 25. Assistant Director of ACC Muhammad Monirul Islam and Deputy Director Md. Abdullah Al Mamun is in charge of the search.
Among the Judicial Officer and Government Officer's documents have been summoned in the ACC, former Joint Secretary (Administration) Bikash Kumar Saha, former Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) of Dhaka, Mohammad Asadu, Md. Tribunal Judge Sheikh Golam Mahbub, Judge Monir Kamal of Sylhet District Judge Monir Kamal, former Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Sylhet, Tofazzal Hossez, Md. Judicial Magistrate Molla Saiful Alam, Mymensingh District Judge Farhana Ferdous, Sherpur Women and Child Abuse Tribunal Judge Kamrun Nahar Rumi, former Additional District Judge Gaurang Hossain and Sylhet Jazz Jazz and Sylhet Jazz Jazz and Sylhet Jazz.
According to ACC sources, documents have been summoned by the sources of investigating allegations of illegal wealth of Bikash Kumar Saha, Rezaul Karim and Mohammad Asaduzzaman Noor and their families. According to the complaint, Anisul Haque took charge of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs in Sheikh Hasina's third cabinet in the 27th. From that time, several judges became confident of the minister and became involved in abuse of power, irregularities, corruption, fraud and fraud.
