The National Consumer Rights Protection Directorate has fined thousands of taka for the weight gain and fake products in the shrimp fish in Tangail. The raid took place on Wednesday (August 28) at the butter street of the city’s Park Bazar and Tangail Club.

At the beginning of the raid, Mizanur was fined Tk 5,000 for selling fish using jelly inside the park market shrimp. Meanwhile, Arshaf has been fined Tk 5,000 for the same market and the cosmetics shop Taj Collection at Tangail Club’s butter alley. The army and police members assisted in the operation.

Assistant Director of the National Consumer Department Tangail, Asaduzzaman Rummel, said that shrimp in the park market is selling fish with jelly inside the fish shell. The immediate expedition team was fined in the hands of the team. On the other hand, the chicken was fined Tk 5,000 with warning due to low sizes in the same market. Also, a cosmetics shop was launched on the butter street behind the Tangail Club in the important area of ​​the city. There is a fine for illegal and prohibited products. This campaign will continue.
