Rule issued on the fourth amendment


The High Court ruled that why the Fourth Amendment Act should not be declared inconsistent with the Constitution. Bir Muktijoddha, a resident of Narayanpara, Raninagar, Naogaon. In view of the writ of Mofazzal Hossain, today Tuesday, Justice Md. Akram Hossain Chowdhury and Justice KM Rasheduzzaman issued the ruling on the Rajar Bench.

Two secretaries of the Ministry of Law and the Secretary of the National Assembly have been asked to respond to the rule.

Meanwhile, in view of the separate application, the same bench has issued a rule seeking to know why the list of freedom fighters made in 2022 under the National Freedom Fighters Council Act during the Awami League government should not be declared invalid. At the same time, the ruling asked why the Freedom Fighters Welfare Trust Act, 2018 should not be declared illegal.

Barrister ASM Shahriar Kabir confirmed the issuance of the rule to the newspaper today. He said, these rules were issued in view of two separate writs.
