Remittance money for remittance money, the chief adviser expressed his gratitude to the expatriates

In the last 6 months, various debts have been repaid for the expatriates sent to the expatriates. Chief Advisor Prof Muhammad Yunus expressed his gratitude to the expatriates. “Bangladesh could not stand upright if you did not stand on the day of this danger,” he said.

He said this at a meeting with the Bangladeshi community in Doha, Qatar on Thursday (April 23). At that time, the chief adviser asked the fuel adviser to pay the money sent to the expatriates.

Electricity and Energy Advisor Fawazul Kabir Khan said, “We import LNG from Qatar. We had $ 20 million in Qatar. Sir (chief adviser) will come, sir has a face and we can stand upright in front of them – so on Wednesday (April 23) we paid all the money. Now they don't even have a penny. Then the fuel minister of Qatar thanked me on WhatsApp. They didn't expect it so early. This is possible with the help of your (expatriates). '

The energy adviser said, “You know that the economy of Bangladesh has been left in a devastated state. Our only in the power fuel sector, LNG and oil paid (arrears) were $ 9.2 billion. We brought it to 5 million in this 6 months. It is possible to pay it with your help. That is why our economy depends on you. Our reserves have increased, the pressure from outside us – the power to talk to international organizations like the IMF has increased. '

On the occasion, the Bangladeshi who have long been in Qatar, near the chief adviser, highlighted various problems and opportunities.
