Nasrul Hamid's application for 20 crore land crook appeals to the ACC

Former Minister of State for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid Nasrul Hamid is going to crush a Gulshan land with a cost of Tk 20 crore. The land has been applied from the ACC to crop the land. A senior commission official told the newspaper today.

The letter of Krok application has been sent to the court in the signature of ACC Assistant Director Minhaj Bin Islam.

The ACC source said the land owned by Nasrul Hamid of the land was named as Hamid Real Estate Construction Limited. Whose market value is about Tk 20 crore. He is also the managing director of the organization.

The ACC's petition in the court states that Nasrul Hamid, the person concerned, is trying to transfer his immovable wealth elsewhere. If the case is transferred or transferred before the case is settled, there is a possibility of damage to the investigation.

Until the investigation is completed in the interest of a proper investigation of the complaint, the ACC has appealed to the appointment of the Attachment and Receiver (Receiver) in the complaint that the ownership of the immovable resources/property can be transferred/transferred to any other process.

Earlier on December 25, the ACC filed a case against the former minister, his wife and son for allegedly acquiring illegal assets of Tk 1 crore. In addition, the ACC accuses the ACC of abnormal transactions of Tk 1,000 crore as a bank in his own name and in his own business organization.

In addition, Nasrul Hamid, wife of Nasrul Hamid, and Nasrul Hamid, were also charged in two separate cases for acquiring non -income assets in the name of son Zarif Hamid.

They were charged under section 21 (1) of the Anti -Corruption Commission Act, 20 (1) of the Anti -Corruption Commission Act, 1 (2) and 3 (1) of the 212 (2) and 3 (2) of the Anti -Corruption Act (2) of the Anti -Corruption Act.

On August 22, the ACC was named in search of corruption charges against Nasrul Hamid. On that day, the joint force raided his organization Hamid Group. After the resignation of Sheikh Hasina on August 8, former power, State Minister for Energy Nasrul Hamid Nasrul Hamid went into hiding.
