Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Abu Taher. Masud Rana has been promoted to the post of Secretary and has been appointed Secretary of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.

Primary and Mass Education Secretary Farid Ahmed has been retired on December 31 as his term of service has expired.
