The Judiciary Reforms Commission (JRC) formed by the interim government has launched a website to seek the views of stakeholders to bring about the necessary reforms in the judiciary.
Today (November 23) in a circular, it was informed that the commission has asked for opinions from the general public including judges, lawyers and court related support staff by December 7.
on the website Separate questionnaires have been given to gather the views of different groups and stakeholders. The Commission has requested all stakeholders to fill in the selected questionnaires properly and give their opinion by December 7.
Besides, the commission has requested to send any specific proposal regarding the reform of the judiciary within the stipulated time.
In the Commission's e-mail ([email protected];[email protected]) or the proposal can be sent to the commission's address (Judicial Administration Training Institute, 15 College Road, Dhaka-1000), the press release informed.
