Bogra Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) SM Moinuddin said Alhaj Sheikh will be remanded to the court for questioning.
In 2020, the organizing secretary of Bogra District Volunteer League Abu Hanif alias Mr. Alhaj Sheikh, vice-president of the district Jubo League and councilor of ward number 9 of the municipality, was made the main accused in the case.
According to the police, there is a case against Alhaj Sheikh for killing four people in connection with the student uprising on August 5.
