RAB has arrested Zafar, the manager of controversial former member of parliament Abdur Rahman Badi in the Yaba business in Cox's Bazar. Arrested Jafar is the top drug dealer and former chairman of Teknaf upazila listed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
RAB's Legal and Media Wing Assistant Director Al Amin said he was arrested on Friday (November 1).
He said that the arrested Zafar is the top drug dealer listed by the Ministry of Home Affairs. He was the chairman of Teknaf upazila. Besides, controversial former member of parliament Abdur Rahman was known as Badi's manager.
This official of RAB also said that further legal measures are under process.
Earlier on August 20, RAB arrested Abdur Rahman Badi in a raid in Chittagong.
