Dhaka Bank will reach out to marginal people through digital

Sheikh Mohammed Maruf: The board of directors of Dhaka Bank is very visionary. As a result, the bank has achieved continuous growth. Our manpower is skilled, but not unnecessary manpower. Now to go the next step, the right direction is needed, which we get.

Time has changed, so we want to reach the marginalized people of the country through the digital platform. Corporate loans will remain the same as the country and our customers need. However, more attention will be paid to retail loans, SMEs, agricultural loans and credit card sector. The flow and distribution of these loans will be made timely. We want to lend to smaller and medium entrepreneurs through digital platforms, so that it is possible to deliver services to more people at low cost.

Besides, I want to finance the export sector, food production, development of manpower and financing in the health and education sector, which will play an important role in the country's economy in the future.

We are not only looking at the profits, but also looking at strengthening the capital. We want to create an organization with skilled manpower, which will be able to meet the financial needs of the present and the next generation.
