Apex sold products worth around Rs 42 crore at a discount of 26 per cent in two days, which contributed to the good business of the company in the July-September quarter, company sources said. This has increased their business.
Feroz Mohammad, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Apex said, 'Due to the agitation in July-August, our sales activities were closed for 24 days. Still we did better business than last year. In this case, the company's Founder's Day sales have helped a lot. In addition to increasing sales, we have taken various initiatives over the years to reduce raw material purchase and operating costs. The company has started getting some benefit from it.'
