9 Instructions to Officers in Existing Situations, Letter to Secretaries


The interim government has given 9 instructions to the officials to perform their duties with caution in the prevailing situation in the country. Recently, the Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration has sent letters to the secretaries of various ministries and departments to implement the instructions.

In the existing situation, the letter asked to issue an instruction to the Secretaries adding 9 or more points given for the attached offices and field level offices under the Ministries/Departments.

Which is said in 9 instructions

>> Finalize the invitation by gathering detailed information about the activities of the host institution or organization before accepting the final invitation to attend any event in your jurisdiction.

>> Collect information about other guests invited to the event to avoid controversy. Avoid this event if any controversial person is on the guest list of the event.

>> To check whether there is any objectionable/controversial material in the description, logo or slogan etc. of the event invitations/banners/leaflets/flags/any other printed paper.

>> Enlisting the assistance of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to ensure event security.

>> Well-checked custom event invitations/banners/letters/power point presentations/decorations/crests/certificates/trophies/medals/souvenirs etc. Ensuring that these documents or memos do not contain any objectionable or controversial material or statements.

>> Be careful not to celebrate those days which have been declared canceled through the gazette notification from the government.

>> Taking steps to remove all memorials/crests/pictures/souvenirs etc. from all offices of the previous years of the days declared as canceled by the government.
