Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has announced the names of the elected emirs for the 2025-26 session in the districts and metropolitan areas of the country including Dhaka metropolis. Mohammad Salim Uddin was elected as the Amir of Dhaka Metropolitan North Jamaat and Nurul Islam Bulbul was elected as the Amir of Metropolitan South.
