Reserve increased by 24 million dollars in one month


Foreign exchange reserves increased by 24 crore 2 lakh 10 thousand dollars in the last one month. According to the BPM6 method of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the amount of foreign exchange reserves currently stands at 1,980,782,000 dollars. A month ago ie on September 25, the reserve amount was 1 thousand 956 crore 75 lakh 50 thousand dollars.

Bangladesh Bank released the information on Thursday (October 24).

And Bangladesh Bank's own total reserves with various foreign currency funds have increased to 2,530,300,000 dollars. A month ago, total reserves were 2,467,848,000 dollars. That is, the reserve has increased by 62 million 18 million dollars.

Reserves are increasing due to prevention of depletion of reserves. However, net usable reserves are below $14 billion.
