Ramlila started in Jodhpur on Friday through light and sound. People gave a grand welcome to the drama staging of Ramlila.
The dedication of the audience towards Lord Shri Ram was visible. The collective recitation of Hanuman Chalisa made the atmosphere devotional.
The scenes of boat floating in the water body, oars in motion, the sound of peacocks amid resonating Vedic hymns, the immense amount of water in the ocean seemed real.
The voice of Arun Goyal, who played the role of Shri Ram in Ramayana, gave life to the character. Before staging Ramlila, Hanuman Chalisa was recited collectively.
The actors brought alive the events of the entire Ramayana in a theatrical form with excellent acting, dialogue delivery and expressions.
The scenes of Shri Ram going for exile, Lakshman's stubbornness, Ram-Bharat meeting made people emotional from within. The scene of Shri Ram, Mother Sita and Lakshman crossing the Ganga in the boat of the boatman was very captivating.
With the coordination of light and sound, each scene was presented in a lively and captivating manner. The life stories of Lord Shri Ram were dramatized through Manas Ramlila.
As special guests Ramprasad Ji Maharaj, Amritaram, Shri 1008 Shri Purushottam Das Maharaj, Shri 1008 Swami Ramanand Maharaj, Shri Hariram Maharaj, Shri Shanteshwar Maharaj, Devendra Salecha, Shri Divyesh Muni Swami, Shri Nikhilatma Jagannath Maharaj, Shri Roopchand Maharaj, Shri Goswami Sushil. Maharaj, Shri Radha Kishan Maharaj, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Jogaram Patel, Avinash Gehlot, Jhabar Singh and others were also present.
Ramleela was directed by Aru Vyas and written by Ayodhya Prasad Gaur. The lively theatrical performance received applause from all around. The audience enjoyed every taste of the huge theater scenes. The entire Manas Ramlila will conclude on 27th October.
