Personal Correspondent: 187 members of the police force are absconding without joining duty. They will now be considered 'terrorists' and will be arrested on sight, said Lt Gen Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Home Affairs Adviser to the Interim Government.
He announced this on Saturday (October 19) on a two-day visit to Rajshahi.
The home adviser said, 'The law that applies to criminals will be applied to them.'
