Zubeda Khatun (55), a resident of Gazipur, has been suffering from high blood pressure, gall bladder stones, heart disease (three heart blocks) and kidney disease for a long time.
Zubeda Khatun has severe abdominal pain due to gallstones. The doctors say that first a ring should be placed in his heart. Gallbladder surgery can then be done. But none was possible due to lack of money.
In the meantime, Zubeda Khatun's hands and feet became swollen. After admission to the hospital, he was diagnosed with kidney disease. Doctors have said that either he needs dialysis or a kidney transplant.
