Delhi Crime News: In recent times, many incidents like extortion, firing and murder have come to light in Delhi. On the instructions of the gangsters sitting in jail, their henchmen carry out these incidents. This came to light when Delhi Police caught the henchmen who committed the crimes and got information that they were receiving instructions from their jailed masters.
During interrogation, the gangsters' operatives had expressed their suspicion to the police that many jail personnel were also involved in such incidents. In order to control this and improve the deteriorating system, the Tihar Jail administration transferred 55 employees of Rohini, Mandoli and Tihar Jail.
Jail administration says routine transfer
Not only the jails but also the jail premises of most of the transferred jail personnel have been changed. However, the jail administration is calling it just a routine transfer. Among those who have been transferred, 10 are headquarters and remaining warders and 24 jail personnel are said to be from high security jail number 15 only. The total capacity of this jail is 250 prisoners. Whereas 117 prisoners are kept in it.
75 employees including warders and headquarters have been deployed for security. 25 personnel have been transferred to jail number 15. Similarly, seven personnel each from jails eight, nine and ten have been transferred. Two each from Jail No. 2 and 12, three each and four each from Jail No. 11, while one employee has also been transferred from Jail No. 13.
Jammer system will also be improved
Tihar administration said that soon the system of jammers in jails will also be strengthened. Jail officials said that many senior officials have been accused in the past for colluding with miscreants in jails and giving them material. Apart from this, in view of the way phones and drugs are currently going inside the jail, efforts are also being made to bring many state-of-the-art jammer equipment.
Recently, the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, lodged in Sabarmati Central Jail in connection with the murder of Baba Siddiqui in Mumbai, has come to light. On his instructions, his gang members sitting abroad had carried out this murder in Mumbai. Before this, firing was also done at Salman Khan's house, which was also done on the instructions of Lawrence Bishnoi.
