Chinkara or black deer? Whose life does Lawrence Bishnoi want to avenge from Salman Khan?

The reason for the enmity between Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi is the 26 year old Chinkara hunting case. At that time Salman Khan was accused of hunting chinkara and black deer. So whose murder is Lawrence Bishnoi thirsty for Salman Khan's life to avenge? Both the cases are from Rajasthan and are from the same time. Chinkara is also a species of deer which is found in desert areas.

In the year 1998, Salman Khan, Neelam, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and the entire cast were in Rajasthan for the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'. During that time, three FIRs were registered in different police stations for hunting of 2 chinkaras and 3 black bucks. Along with Salman Khan, the names of Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu and Sonali Bendre also appeared. Apart from this, another case of possessing a rifle even after the license had expired was registered against Salman Khan.

The case of hunting of Chinkara is of Ghoda Farm and Bhawad of Jodhpur on the night of 27-28 September 1998, in which two separate cases were registered for hunting of two Chinkaras. On October 1, there was an allegation of hunting of three blackbucks in Kankani village, for which an FIR was registered and the fourth case was registered under the Arms Act. In this way a total of 4 cases were registered against Salman Khan.

Among these four cases, the one that is still haunting Salman Khan is the black buck case. To avenge the killing of the black buck, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who belongs to the Bishnoi community, is thirsty for his life. Because of this case, Salaman went to jail and also suffered punishment, but Lawrence Bishnoi does not think this is enough. On October 12, 1998, Salman went to jail for the first time and was released after five days.

On 17 February 2006, the CJM court convicted him and sentenced him to one year imprisonment. However, he was acquitted the same day. After this, he was convicted in the second case on April 10, 2006 and sentenced to 5 years. After this, on April 5, 2018, Salman Khan was found guilty in the black buck hunting case and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment and he was sent to Jodhpur's Central Jail. However, after two days he got bail with a bond of Rs 50 thousand. In this case, the names of Saif, Neelam, Tabu, Dushyant Singh and Sonali Bendre came up to instigate Salman Khan for hunting. However, he was acquitted by the court.

Lawrence Bishnoi's displeasure is due to the hunting of black buck. Bishnoi community worships the black deer. Black bucks and chinkaras have a deep connection with the Bishnoi community, due to which Lawrence Bishnoi is so upset that he has openly threatened Salman Khan several times with his life. However, he has also said that if Salman Khan comes to Mukti Dham Mukam temple of Bishnoi community and apologizes, he will release him. Mukti Dham Mukam Temple is also called Bishnoi Temple. Bishnoi people protect the trees, vegetation and animals of the desert areas. Stories of Bishnoi community sacrificing their lives for the protection of trees are also famous.
