UP BY Election 2024: The Election Commission has announced the dates for the by-elections to be held on 9 assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Nagina MP Chandreshkhar Azad's Azad Samaj Party (K) has announced the name of its candidate for the by-election to be held on Khair assembly seat. ASP (Con) has declared Nitin Kumar Chautel as its candidate from Khair seat, also known as Jatland.
According to the press release issued by Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) regarding UP by-elections, as per the instructions of party chief Chandra Shekhar Azad, in-charges of seven out of ten seats in the by-elections have already been declared. Along with this, it was said in this press release that “Today, Nitin Kumar Chautel is declared in-charge of Aligarh district. Therefore, there is an appeal to all the party officials, workers and supporters to support Nitin Kumar Chautel, who has been declared by the party, in-charge. , Provide financial support.”
If we talk about the caste equation on Khair seat, then there are about 1.15 lakh Jats and more than 60 thousand Brahmin voters on this seat. Along with this, the total number of SC voters is above 1 lakh and there are about 40 thousand Vaishya and about 30 thousand Muslim voters.
