The trade ministers’ meeting of the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Council) held in China concluded on the 23rd with the adoption of a joint statement stating that all countries should work together to maintain strong supply chains for important goods such as energy, bearing in mind the continuing tense situation in the Middle East.
