The tension between India and Pakistan has been increasing since the terror attack on Tuesday in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, the central government has intensified action to clamp down on terror. While the NIA has taken up the investigation of the Pahalgam terror attack and has intensified the search for evidence to find out the terrorist conspiracy, the Navy warships successfully conducted the vessel destroyer practice by showing their preparations for long distance accurate attacks. The two countries have also firing on the weekend on the Line of Control. The army said in a statement on Sunday that the posts of the Pakistani Army of midnight on 26-27 April started firing on the Line of Control with small weapons without any provocation. To clamp down on terrorists, the Anti -Terrorism Agency NIA registered a case in Jammu on Sunday following an order from the Ministry of Home Affairs and several teams have been investigated. Officials said that a team of officers led by Inspector General of NIA (IG) has been sent to the spot to assist the local police. A team of NIA has been camping at the terrorist attack site since Wednesday to gather evidence.
The NIA said, ‘NIA team is investigating entry and exit points to get clues about terrorists. With the help of forensic and other experts, the team is conducting a thorough investigation of the entire area. The team constituted under the supervision of the conspirators of this deadly terrorist attack and a superintendent of the incident is interrogating the eyewitnesses.
The three armies are also engaged in operational preparations. While the army is giving strict reply to the firing from Pakistan on the border, the Navy is constantly engaged in exercise. His warships successfully conducted the vessel rocked practice on Sunday, displaying their preparations for the exact attacks of long distance. A Navy official said, “Indian Navy ships conducted a vessel destroyer to restart and demonstrate the readiness of the forums, systems and crew for a long distance accurate aggressive attack.”
537 Pakistani returned
Around 537 Pakistani citizens have left India till Sunday, the last day of the end of the visa. These included nine diplomats. According to the official, a total of 850 Indian citizens, including 14 diplomats and officials via the international border in Punjab, have also returned to India from Pakistan in the last four days.
Three more terrorists collapsed
Continuing action against the terrorist system, the authorities demolished the houses of three alleged active terrorists in Bandipora, Pulwama and Shopian districts. So far, 9 houses of suspected terrorists have been demolished.
Russia-China should be involved in investigation: Pak
Pakistan wants to involve Russia and China in the investigation of the incident. In an interview to the Russian government -run RIA Novosti news agency, Pakistani Defense Minister Khwaja Asif said, ‘I think Russia or China or Western countries can play a very positive role in this crisis. There should be an inquiry under his supervision, so that it can be ascertained whether India or Modi are lying or truth. Allow an international party to find out.
