Chennai Company Gift 28 Cars to Employees: Any company gets work done in many different ways to increase the productivity of its workers, but a company in Chennai has adopted a unique method to increase the productivity of its employees. Team Detailing Solutions, a structural steel design and detailing company, has gifted 28 cars and 29 bikes to its employees.
The company's managing director, Sridhar Kannan, said the employees have been gifted several new cars from brands like Hyundai, Tata, Maruti Suzuki and Mercedes-Benz as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication. He said that we wanted to show our appreciation for the efforts of our employees in furthering the success of the company. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
Employees come from ordinary families
Sridhar Kannan said that the company has measured the contribution of the employees on the basis of their performance and years of service. Our employees have performed exceptionally well and we are proud of their achievements. Kannan said that there are about 180 employees in the company, who come from ordinary family backgrounds and are highly skilled.
28 cars were gifted
He said that we select those candidates who are more motivated and for them buying a car or bike is like a dream. He said that he has been gifting bikes to his employees and in 2022, he gifted cars to two of his senior colleagues. In this series, 28 cars have been gifted today. Some of them are Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Mercedes Benz.”
Amount is also given at the time of marriage
Sridhar Kannan said that the company gifts a car or bike with a fixed amount, but if an employee wants a better car then he will have to pay the remaining amount. Not only cars and bikes but the company also helps its employees in marriage. Earlier the company used to give Rs 50 thousand to the employee getting married, but now it has been increased to Rs 1 lakh. Kann said that our efforts will increase morale and productivity among the employees.
